2nd Attempt, Suggestions Welcome!

This is the 2nd reshuffle of this tank in an attempt to get it looking something like I want - as last time I added things etc I basically just stuck them in anywhere!

The idea is a sloped design heavily planted at one end going down to nothing at the other, bearing in mind the background plants in the left hand side only went in very recently so have some growing to do.

Anyway Im open to suggestions as to how to improve it and what people think, I will get the hang of takin pics of the tank someday, but it may take a while (and I may have to get a new camera too....).

I really like it, I think it'll look ace when the plants have done a bit more growing.

What are the floating plants there?

Get a fast growing plant like H.polysperma and leave it on right hand side, you can take it out after a month or 2 algae will take over as you have slow growing plants.

Do you use co2? You have a nice peice of wood.

CO2 is the next thing on the list to research so will be going in in the near future - good thought on some fast growing stuff to keep the algae at bay - the wood is actually 6 bits of wood and some cable ties! (which will get hidden when things grow a bit I guess)

The floating plants, err... some form of lily but I cant remember the technical name. I do know they grow like crazy tho - only bought 6 plants and have 20 odd already!
