It is called home field advantage. The weather at the stadium is projected to have a wind chill of 12 F, that is too cold.. Too bad they couldnt play somewhere warmer.

Its called too cold for anyone. If you ever fall on mud that turns into ice, it is deadly. It is called home field advantage.
LOL! Did it end up close enough for ya? A couple of less turnovers and the Ravens probably win that game.My Eagles squeaked out a snowy win today. Rams almost made a big come back. We had Jersey Mike's Italian subs (hoagies to us) for stress food. I was shocked how bad the Lions looked & how good DC has been. I will be very worried next week. At least we'll be at home. I vote cheese steaks for the next game, but my husband has decided they're "not lucky" this year. We are "allowed" to have them either as a victory or consolation meal after the game, sheesh!
Early in the Bills/Ravens game I thought it'd be closer. Lots of time to go.
A huge difference is an understatement. I looked it up and the average number of possessions each team has in an NFL game is just under 8.5. Now let's take the Ravens having at least three turnovers. That effectively cuts the Ravens' possessions down to 5.5 while increasing the Bills' possessions to 11.5. It just makes sense as to who is probably going to win. I don't know how many possessions were involved in the game, just using the NFL average.jaylach, it's always about turnovers isn't it? Not really, but they can make a huge difference.
...and not to mention the Ravens narrowly lost by 2pts even with 3 unfortunate turnovers. The Ravens strengths are scrambling and passing on the fly, and the icy field did not help them. The two-point conversion miss by Andrews was caused by his foot slipping on the ice before the ball got to him. Really heartbreaking loss for us Raven fans and bad luck on the polar vortex weather. I'll be routing for them next season.A huge difference is an understatement. I looked it up and the average number of possessions each team has in an NFL game is just under 8.5.
