Thanks. I am thinking of adding 2 more to this tank, the one that is always in the photos is a bit of a bully, i need to spread it aggression out

Nice. Think they would get along well? Not sure if these are like the more aggressive gourami or the dwarf species?

No they prolly wont get along, but spread out aggression, so it is not just 1 he picks on

How is your eleocharis doing?

Its growing in quite quickly. Yep that is Val. RE: eleocharis - It getting there slowly, i see signs of it spreading.
 
So what i do to this tank:
 
Dosed daily with Dino Pee (Aussie equal to Excel)
Dosed every 2-3 days with Flourish
Dosed every 2-3 days with Trace
50% WC weekly

A good filter and weekly water changes go a long way to keeping water clear. I like a clear tank i must say
