16 Year Old Adam's 300 Gallon Display Tank...

 Just like a week of constantly running a 200GPD RO unit to fill it Eh, that will be an agonising stage that

I have to ask, how did you get the sump into the cabinet? Did you take an end off and slide it in?

I can't wait for this to be filled, and I don't even own it :hyper:

All the best
Rabbut

Haha, cheers guys.

Rabbut, the front slats which hold the doors screw out (obvoisly can only be done when tank is empty)

Which leaves the front completely open to allow the sump to slide in.

Yesterday i managed to drill two holes in the side of the sump to plumb my HLP pumps in externally, and im just waiting for my pipework from Coral Culture to arrive now!

Sorry for the lack of any real update, been madd busy lately, with me starting college and being in work!

Anyways, tank is moved in :)

And the fill with RO has begun :) Gonna take a while i think!

Wish i had the space for a tank like that, i'm converting my 5footer starting today with putting my tropicals up for sale.

will follow this with pleasure

Tank was full on Saturday, all salted and running silent :p

Twin standpipe works a treat! Considering there is 9000l/h going through the sump, im amazed there is no noise whatsoever!

Adam

Any chance of pictures of your pipework? I have until Wednesday evening to decide how to do my own, and ATM, I'm probably doing a modified Calfo set-up...

As for pictures of you stretched out in your tank, well, now your just showing off :p I'd just about be able to fit into mine sat/squatting down, and that's only as I'm short and lightly built... I've got to admit to being a little bit jealous

All the best
