Do check the underside of leaves especially that java fern. The underside is prime real estate for egg clutches.
I had checked and inspected the leaves, I don't see eggs at the moment. The snails are hidden at the moment. I'll try again tomorrow when they come out.

Take the snails out and get rid of them. They are unwanted pests.
I got rid of some visible snails today. I simply pick them up and crush them with my fingers, then put in the bin. I'm thinking of a schedule where I fertilise the tank twice a week (sometimes during water changes), and a top-up when water levels are below the blu-tac with dechlorinated water.

Here is its progress, from the start to today.

We moved the remaining silvertips from the old tank to the new tank. Everything went well until dad decided to dump them into the new tank instead of actually acclimating them in. And he thinks that a big tank for a single species is silly, in which is actually the best setup for semi-aggressive fish. I'll keep an eye on the trio until we get a bigger shoal tomorrow.
