ah, the tentacly species. These are good with low-medium flow. Make sure they are spaced well apart from other corals cause they are pretty aggressive (they cant move though)

okay so the 200 gallon turn over is good? also im going to have hob filter with just carbon in it i belive its a "aqua clear 20" im unsure of the turn over, but it will make some water movement right?

200gph in a 10 gallon tank is fine for these corals. Brain and bubble corals could also go in there, zoanthids and mushrooms would work as well. Xenia, green star polyps, candy cane, trumpet coral. You have many possibilities.

thats great, but for starters i will prolly end up getting 2 or 3 of the corals i have listed, i plan on filling the tank this friday with saltwater then getting LR the next day so i have a day to play with the salt..i will most likly be gettting only a pound from my lfs then ordering online, i belive from tampabay.com i'v heard there good? has anyone got LR from them on here if not could you post the site were you ordered your LR.

TBS (tampa bay saltwater) has got great life on the rock, it is on the pricey side but the life and how many hitchihikers on the rocks make up for that. But obviously, nothing is perfect, you get tons of life for your money and it is very environmentally friendly, but it isnt exactly that porous. But if your lightly stocking your tank it would be perfect for you.

i will be getting one clown fish for the 10gal has i want the hammer corals to be the main peices of the tank and right now is a great time to by online from the stats for me bc i belive the canadian dollar is the same as the us

also should one day be enough time to add LR (one day with salt in the tank) or should i play it safe with 2 ?

so last night i thought that my tank was a little low on the stand it was on, and started building a new one for it, then i thought that i will make it look like it was in the wall.. after 2 hours of work im this far, i should be finshing it up tonight

ah i was worried about that to.but we boxed it all into the corner, right into the 2x4 in the walls and boxed in the main part just because i wanted to be safe probably overkill but i would rather have a really strong stand then one that would fall..but my cam is being odd and isnt taking pics im going to play with it for a bit and see if i can get it working as the stand is done now

ok so stand is now finshed and the tank is full with water, buying salt tomorrow, but i have i question about lights, could i try a flood light with "T3" lighting? or does it have to be T5? will the flood light even work?
