1000 Us Gal Project

Thats immense m8, wouldn't surprise me if it had grown, being moved into a lake  That shows the colours on the Aro quite well too.

Cant wait till my little 4 Bar gets big, an just ordered another small one, looking to get a decent collection for the big tank next year.

Would love to sit and get baked watching that tank :hyper:

Very nice indeed :good:

to tell the truth the big tiger is a gentle giant

the rays tigrinus cat and aro stand more chance of eatting other fish

the trick is to keep everything well fed and its normaly fine

the tigers well pulchers are ment to max out at 24inch cambelli about 16inch indos about 18inch and thin bars about 14inch

i will try to get a pic of the big tiger side by side with the aro whos 26inch

awesome video!
just a quick question, what would you do if something was at the bottom of the tank and you needed to get it out? i only ask because i'm curious :D love the tank, great project T1!

getting fish out i thought would be a problem

i got a 7inch flagtail a week ago and it started sucking on the rays so i had to get that out and to tell the truth it wasn't as hard as i thought it would be

I'm not familiar with the name shortcuts you use, but that tiger (black striped one) is HUGE!

holy crud look at it yawn :shout:

 you have a fish rubbing its side on the sand and the turtle's shell

 you have a fish rubbing its side on the sand and the turtle's shell

its normal when you have lots of UVs

no white spot or anything they used to do it all the time in the old tank ALL tigers do it apart from the Cambeli the tinfoils also do it

I think the tank should be nominated for TOTM. It still blows me away that one can keep public aquarium size fish at home. Great job. SH
