GL in hospital m8, an with the pups. They going to be okay born into that tank and staying in it for a while, or is it a case of getting them out as soon as possible before something eyes them up as food? I'd imagine they needed shipping out that tank straight away?

I never had any problems leaving pups in with large fish in the past
and find the pups do better if not moved due to slight changes in water parameters and with the large amounts of food you need to add it's also hard to keep the water spot on in a small tank
everything seams to be getting along well in the tanks and I have a web cam set up to take a look at things every now and then

T1 I am new to this forum and got hooked on this thread and read the whole thing today. Amazing work you've done there. Thanks for sharing the odyssey with everyone. If you ever did another video, I'd be very interested to see a video shot start outside the shed, walking in, and giving a tour of the shed interior, your view from the couch, with tank controls, under the cabinets, etc. Simply amazing!! Thanks again.

I'm still in hospital as i had another mini stroke and cant blink my right eye so it keeps drying out

the web cam runs via orb so i can look at my fish live in hospital

my girlfriend is going to pick the pearl ray up for me today so i will try to get her to post pics later

without the 24 hour water change on this tank i have no idea how i would maintain it

This thread (so you really) has been an inspiration to me. And I need you there to continue answering stupid questions.

As for the nurses, everyone I know agrees, looking fine. Even my dad said that to me, his mum told it to him, so window shopping is fine just don't try on the merchandise.

Well im out of hospital but have had another stroke this will be my 3rd stroke now i think im going for some kind of record
the stroke i had in 2007 mess up my right hand side with a weak leg and arm but nothing on the face

this stroke has messed up my left side face i think the face is worst as i cant blink my eye and it keeps going dry im out of the hospital for tonight then back in sunday i had a CT scan and no more bleeding on the brain which is a good thing

anyway thats to much info about to the fish its hard to tell the size of my bad boy tiger fish so i have tryed to get a pic of him by my hand he is the hardest fish to get pics of as he follows you everywere looking for food

my good lady picked up the little pearl ray yesterday for me as my driving days are well over

when i say little i mean little i would say its no more than 2 months old and only 2-3 inch disk

i was a bit scared when i saw the size of it and probably wouldn't have brought it if i had seen the size myself

so far so good with nothing paying any interest in the little guy

heres a pic i will get a few more pics later today with the big rays so you can see the size difference
