10g is too small for 2 kribs... BETTAS!!!!!!!!!!! get 2 dividers n put 3 males in! or some angels
U sometimes embarassed this forum....... :/

This what I would do

4-5 cories
2 female guppys
1 Male guppy

i'm going to cycle it for a few days (4-5 i think). Tomarow once i got the substrate in i'm going to go crazy with rocks (boiled of course) and crazy plants! I'm trying to see if clover will survive under water in a bucket. If it can live in there i think i might toss it in my tank.

You could always add a pair of Dwarf Gourami, and a small group of cories and some platies or guppies! A you could add a small shoal of neon/cardinal tetra and some P. Furcata Rainbowfish.

I agree with 55.....embarassment. :/

However, whoever suggested angels should rethink that, angels get FAR too big for a tenner.....BAD!

Personally, I would get some tetras, maybe a female or short finned male betta, some cories...possibly platies....just anything small and entertaining...

Kribs are not good for a 10, but if you are interested in cichlids, a couple of rams, maybe 3 would go quite well too.

rams? i didnt think of those.I'll have to call up the LFS that orders fishys to see if he can grab me a few.

first of all u got an good deal.i think the guppies r the best deal so far.and u never know u'll get some babies.an nice background would look nice

Congrats on the great deal! I'm always looking for deals like that when I got to garage sales, unfortunately I haven't found any yet :(

nice find

thats it im getting shellies cometcattle u convinced me lol

i keep 2 kribs in a 10g and they are fine..

if your gonna get a background you could always buy paint.. i did that like 20 mins ago... got a $3 can of paint.. did the first layer and will probably need 1 more.. on a 20g tank and the can is only about 1/10 empty.. so you could do probably 5 tanks at least..

but yea thats a really good find

Angels? No way...
ya dude, 10g is way small 4 angels...but maybe some tetras, and a couple otos, but definatly keep smaller species in it...a dwarf puffer tank would be totatly rad for sure...and those are the only puffers that can live in fresh water, pluse they are the neatest lil fish EVER!!!! :D :D :D :kana:

I got a filet and some gravel today! I wanted to be crazy so i mixed blue and white. Give it the childish blue look but the niceness of the white. I'm going to put a few more plants in there next week but right now i think its fine. Oh! I made a cave out of a rock arch way. I'll have some pictures up in a little bit.

I'd get some Harlequin Rasboras and maybe some cherry barbs and a shrimp :) .

bolivian rams will get to big, wont they? My lfs has them and theyre huge. Id never put them in my 15 let alone a 10. they need bigger tanks then gold and german blue rams. Just geth the gold and german blue rams if you do go for rams.
