ok i'm on a budget, and i wanna get 1 betta and another fish in this tank. is that ok?? and what kind of fish should i get? or should i just leave the betta by itself?

Well, I heard that you need at least 1 gallon of water per inch of fish.

I've heard of a kind of disease fish get but they dont really show any effect and the next thing u no, there dead. but it usually does have something to do withtoo much food.

it's not as complicated as crufts. Its just when you post pictures of your fish on the website and others vote for the pictures they like. the prize is you get a little badge thing by your name

My tank has 3 fish in it. The platy an 2 goldfish. THey seem to get along pretty well. But I think the problem is me. :no:

:no: I thought the bettas were supposed to be mean to the other fish! There is a kind of fish medication for tail rot. I saw it at petsmart or petco.

There fins turn to tatters becausethey fight each other and they are called saimese fighting fish. you should never keep a betta with any other fish because they will pick a fight. they are kept in seperate cups so they won't wrestle each other. :/

[FONT=Geneva][SIZE=7][COLOR=red] I think I know why they stay on the other side.... because are saimese fighting fish and they love to fight smaller fish so the tetras are scared. Just like my fish cause i had a betta and two goldfish in a tank and the betta bit off one of the gold fish's tails...
