Oh rainbow fish..I used to have one! The woman working at petco had NO idea what kind of fish it was (because it didn't have a little tag, you know, the ones that line the bottom of the tanks) and she ended up charging me only a BUCK for it. And I went to go get more but they finally found out...

I have a betta, 2 sepraes, 1 cardinal (his buds didn't make it) and a chinise algae eater. Strange mix huh? They don't bug eachother at all though! I've had my CAE for 3 years now and he's only 3 inches or so. :D

Yeah well, then again he was in a cup for a little while and I did just get him a few days ago! Other than that..the fin has pretty much stayed the same so I don't know if that's the case. Hrrrrmm..mysteriousness..

Weird. I have my betta in with 2 sepraes and they leave him alone! But again..that's all depending on the "personality" of the little guys. I've come to see that cardinal tetras are nice tankmates as well. My betta doesn't mess with them and they're definatly very pretty and fun to watch!

I got my new betta yesterday! He's really pretty and is currently in a 5 gallon tank. The only problem I have with him is that when I bouht him the other day, he had a problem with his fin. It's sort of curled up. Here's a pic: It doesn't seem to bother him. But I'd like to know anyways and...

Hey there! I went to the fish store today and bought some (2) cardinal tetras. I have a ten gallon tank being set up for them but for now, are in a 5 gallon. I was wondering how many would be good and what other fish would be good, for tankmates in a 10gal. Thanks!! :D Ohh one more question...
