Those females look like most of mine do a week after already having a drop so your looking at easily 3 weeks before you get any fry from them possibly a bit longer depending on water temp .

Thats what i was thinking whe i spotted it , i dont use traps myself having just species tanks and keepiung them very well planted but thought it would be good for those that use them in a community set up and wanted to try and save some fry

Ive never had any problems with the normal black mollys eating their own fry , they have always lseft them alone and never shown any interest in chasing them .

It can take some females quite a while to have all their babys so thats nothing unusual , you can usually be sure they have had them all when the female has gone nice and slim and the gravid spot is hardly noticable again then i find approximatly 28 - 31 days later she will have her next lot .

It sounds like they could have been eaten by the other fish in the tank , keep a close eye around the base of the tank in the gravel along the sides and amongst the roots of any plants and near / under any rocks , you may just see some of them hiding and if you do you could try and catch them...
