How much and how fast does activated carbon effect pH?

Recently I've had no choice but to medicate my main tank, at first with triple sulfa, and later on with broad spectrum medication containing Mafenide hcl, Aminacrine hcl, and Malachite Green. How can I remove these medications from the tank? I've heard activated carbon and of course water...

Broad Spectrum medication. Active Constituents are Mafenide HCL, Amincrine HCL, and Malachite Green. Both Mafenide and Aminacrine should be effective against both gram postive and negitive. Malachite Green should be effective on gram-positive.
