Melafix and Malachite Green Together?

I would like to know if it is safe to use Malachite Green and MelaFix at the same time.

Anyone have any experience or any advice doing this?

Melafix can be safely used with any other medication as it is only made from 100% natural ingredients with the active ingredient being 1% pure tea tree oil and the rest being water and a emulsifer to hold the oil and water together.

I have used melafix a few times with no problems and then I mixed it in with Liquisil , A dechlorinator and a stress coat when I was doing a water change. Pre mixed all the chemicals in the bucket and added them slowly to the tank.
Bombed my tank and I had to do an emergency 75% water change - lost quite a few fish - now i'd added the other 3 together every time i did a water change with no problems but thsi was the first time i'd added melafix into the equation - so I would say be careful and add the additives at different times over the space of a couple of hours to be on the safe side

you can easily OD on melafix though from what i've heard...so i always use a little less than recommended (plus you should factor in water displacement - a 55G tank doesn't hold 55 gallons, usually somewhere between 45 and 50 depending on how much junk is in there

Have any of you actually used Malachite Green WITH MelaFix at the same time?

I have used Myxazin which is a malachite green based medication with melafix without problems, i have also used it with Protozin and Interpet anti whitespot plus.
