I did a water change so my results changed, im not posting on this anymore cos I keep having to explain myself, im clearly always going to be wrong. Hence me saying 6.8 at the moment.

Ive had a pet shop check my kit and my water, my temperature They dont know what is wrong So when I say all of the above is fine, its because it is, thats why I came here because it doesnt make sense

We are having the same problem with our goldfish They keep dying one at a time and have the same problem, go all spastic and cant swim then just die while all the other fish at the time seem fine I've examined each fish and they have no marks or signs of disease on them I cant see that it is...

I've retested and its still 0 I use tap water and they get cleaned out once a week, bottle 2 always gets a good shake...

Just tested it and it came back as zero like always!

Amonia 0 Nitrite 0 Nitrate 0 PH 7.5

I only had a few black neons and I bought some more from a local pet shop which I always go to and have never had any problems

They are not being aggressive, they have no marks what so ever I've watched the closely They are due for a cleaning out today so I'll post the results before I do it for you to see

Hi, I posted on here a few days ago, my fish have the same symptoms as yours, white spots and it looks a bit furry round the fins. So far the advice people have been able to give me on here is to turn the temperature up to 30 degrees (slowly) and to treat the water with some kind of medication...

The temperature is up to 30 now, so i'll leave it till saturday/sunday and see if it has made any difference I dont know if it is safe for the shrimp but its too late now, I've been doing this water treatment since last sunday anyway and they are still alive

I'm slowly getting the temperature up to 30 degrees, I've done it over a few days so not to distress them anymore than they already are, I have 3 shrimp in the tank how will they be affected???

I first noticed it on saturday, I went straight to a pet shop and bought some treatment but its not doing anything and one of them looks like its dying I dont know what to do

Some people might say you'll over stock it but I think it would be fine to add some more

Just a quick update on how my fish are doing, all are doing really well, I got my ammonia testing kit and the results are fine. I have a few new fish and some Amano Shrimp, all seem very happy and are eating well :hyper:
