doing a water change during a medication course will only dilute the medication and therfor reduce its effectivness.

if you are due to start a second course of medication then it is a good idea to do a water change.

its the start of another course so i did a water change, what do i do about removing the spots off the cardinals, ive had the temperature up for days now
