I'm agreeing with Catxx here. Get the fish most ideal for you. I mean it could be anything we suggested, maybe something else, but please don't take whatever suggestions you get as fact.

What other fish are in his tank? He may be trying to hide. Dwarf Gourami like to be in decent groups, so if you only have one then it might not feel so safe. (But I'm just getting back into this- I may be wrong.)

My dream tank...Hrmm... It would have to be 90 gal. 15 Marble Hatchets 10 Marthea Silver Hatchets 10 Harlequin Rasboras 6 Emerald Green Corys 6 Albino Corys But I'll have to have a lot more experience before I can think of this tank.

It's currently cycling. I'm not planning on adding the fish soon. (I have to check everything with my lps.) I know all about the water quality, though. Thanks for the help!

I used to have Ottos and although I never was able to have them breed, I really wish I experienced this kind of thing. It looks like you might have some little Ottos crawling around sometime soon!
