thanks assaye and bethk i currently have a spare 45 by 25 by 25 cm tank 28 litre 6 uk gallon tank with pea gravel and internal filter would a slate cave be ok ? my local water is 7-7.5 and very hard can i add chalk to soften? or am i being stupid? :S thanks catfishy

Basically he wants some sort of catfish/plec why not try bristlenose catfish ansistrius sp you can get young quite cheap and if you get a breeding trio 1male 2female then you might get young like me :hyper: the will rasp off lhe bowood but will require some hiding places

If you have a highly aggressive fish you can either re-home it or find out what is causing it to be so aggressive. A guppy being this aggressive is very unusual! What size tank do you have, what stock do you have in it and how long have you had it set up? it is a 30" tank with 2 adult bns +...

my Golden wonder panchax has been attacked and killed by my guppy! :no: is this normal? i have moved it to another tank with cloud mountain minnows will they be o.k? :/
