The walls of my tank go a bit green every once in a while! I find that magnetic brushes are very useful in getting rid of it, but only if its not too much! Also, I read somewhere that making partial water changes regularly prevents the tank from going green. Well, good luck!

u might not notice them! they might b hiding :/ or simply got eaten! :-( just wait and see! and wen u notice her get fatter put her in the breeding net to save sum babies! :P consider buyin more guppies for more chance of fry! :fish:

wait until they r at least 1 inch b4 letting them out into adult tank! and bcuz u have so many it is not a good idea to keep them in the breeding net. do it is a good idea to out them in a seperate tank! :D GOOD LUCK

dun wanna use breeding net? sure. :D make sure you have lots of plants in the bottom, if u want some babies to survive!! by letting them survive on their own, u hav less chances of fry surviving! hehe ur choice! but consider using breedin net in the future! :fish: i hope sum fry survives!!! :nod:

depending on the # of fry u hav u cud raise them in the breeding net! and crush your flake food very well and feed them! dont let them out too soon, weight till they r big enough not to fit into adult mouths and can eat large flakes!!! :P

I read in the book that to make them you have to put a potato peel in a cup filled with water. The water will be clear but some time it is going to turn cloudy and then it will turn clear again. And as soon as it turns clear you can pour some of that water in the tank and fish will eat it even...

:) I heard that if you have 1 swordtail male and 1 swordtail female and they are both different colour they are still going to breed and their babies are going to be a mix of both parents' collours...is that true first of all? Do platies do that??? :dunno:

i had my platy for a month and 25 days and then they finally gave birth to a lovely fry! just give them some time to get used to your tank! Dontcha worry they will give you some cute, "cutaful" or "cute-awful" fry!! Just joking about "cute-awful"!!!! :whistle:
