ya I believe it would be the floating base. But Im in the process of resealing it right now, and happen to notice the cracked plastic. So it will deff be tested before I set it up! Could I just tank it off completly? and put foam under the tanks?

I have a c360, and a c160, the 160 leaks around the same spot as yours. You could try lubing the seals up, or just replace them. I bought new seals at pet mountian for $15.00 shipped to the house! Was going to buy at marineland first, but they wanted like 15.00 just to ship it.

I actually used a pond filter to filter my turtle tank, I put the pump inside a plastic box with holes in it, then I added media inside the box, and drilled a hole to run my tube!! You could prob use a 2 liter bottle too. Just be creative!! :hyper:
