5 gal bucket, with the de-chlor already added, big plate on the bottom of the tank to keep from stirring things up, lift and pour! Works great for me, never have to adjust gravel or ornaments.

Happy birthday and good luck with the froggies!!! I've never known them to leap out of tanks, but if they can get their feeties into the edge of the breeder netting they may try and climb in... I had one climb into my HOB filter a few years ago.

Just a gardeners note: that icky sluggy stuff you clean out of the bottom.... spread it lightly around any existing gardens. Plants love that stuff.

I've heard they can get very big in their natural habitat, but I've also read through months of research that in capiivity it is very difficult to get them over 18 inches. I'm determined to be a success story with my CKF, just need to find a proper place to put that giant tank in my house :)
