    Sometimes rabbits are just like that, one of mine hates anyone putting their hands in his cage when he is in there and often attacks the sweeping brush lol. I would make sure you keep stroking him, otherwise he wont let you touch him at all after a while. :)

    Could it have possibly been dropsy? This is when the fish suffers from internal swelling due to a bacterial infection and the gills often become red inflamed and the fish resembles a pine cone. I think it can be treated however the sick fish should be removed from the tank asap.

    Maybe two or three small pearlscales they are great little fish. You would have to do a pwc maybe once a week and use a gravel syphon to clear up their waste :good:
