Well, Im moving house and need advice on how to transport my fish. Its a big tank, with around 55 Cichlids and 4 Featherfin in. I cant drain the tank on the day I move, as it will take too long. I need advice on where to start and what to get to help ease the stress. Oh and what to put them in...

Thanks Pheonix, it does look more like Cloudy Eye, I'll do some tests and a water change and see where we go from here. It does say that it will clear up on its own, which is a blessing

Please help. Ive just noticed this, this morning. I dont know whether or not he got into a fight or if it's an infection, as the eye is swollen and has a white spot in the middle, may be a cataract??

Well thats what I thought, and the mouth is certainly the same. I have 4 and they're all starting to colour up now, so I wasnt sure. They all have yellow fins and tail coming through.

Now he's grown a bit bigger, Im not sure what he is. The mouth is different to the other fish that I have. Blue with darker stripes also the fins are starting to go yellow. He's quite plump and is around 3" unknown unknown unknown

Ive just bought a Aqua Pro 4 from ebay, brand new buy it now for £70 and that would be more than enough for your tank, Im running that with a pro 3 on my 6ft tank xx

Hello again everyone. Just a little question. Do male Red Zebras turn blue or is it just the fins that turn blue? You see I have 4 lovely Red Zebras and 4 Pink ( well Peach! :lol: ) and a couple of them are just starting to show a blue hue on the fins. I'll be doing some changing around soon...

Yeh I know what you mean, Texas holy rock is lovely ( but you cant get it here ) :no: in the UK I mean. Coral or Ocean rock is good too. Ive got Lime stone and lava rock in mine ( I posted it not so long back) there's more rock in there now though :kana: I see you've changed your sig :cool:

Lime stone and coral sand are great to up your ph, you could try a buffer from most Aquatic centres but that could turn out expensive. 12 seems a bit too much for a tank of your size, but other people could disagree as they like to be a bit crowded to ease aggression, also 3 females to 1 male is...

Well he was a bit pale, and a few of the fish have been skating along the bottom, kinda digging, but I just put it down to ' normal behaviour '. If not what treatment can I get them to give when I get back. Oh Im in the uk too
