Now he's grown a bit bigger, Im not sure what he is. The mouth is different to the other fish that I have. Blue with darker stripes also the fins are starting to go yellow. He's quite plump and is around 3"

Hi, not too sure if im correct but i have a good idea that its a fuelleborni.

I have one the same colour.

Well thats what I thought, and the mouth is certainly the same. I have 4 and they're all starting to colour up now, so I wasnt sure. They all have yellow fins and tail coming through.

Interesting, your the only person other then me that i know keeps fuelleborni.

Have you bred yours yet? Also how many males and females do you have?

Hi, no they havent bred yet, Ive got 3 females and 1 male. I needed to put them on the forum as I totaly forgot what they were. Ive had them a couple of months now and they're just starting to show colouring. I'm looking at getting a few more as the males getting a bit too aggressive with my other fish

Yeah, my male gets a bit aggressive at times..the females have both been through the holding process, fuelleborni babies are quite easy to care for in my opinion..

A couple of really big pieces of lava rock or similar would look dramatic.
