How do you figure out how many watts per gallon you have?

I have a 7 gallon tank with a damsel and a clown fish. A turbo crab and two blue legged crabs. I also have a pretty good sized live rock in there but nothing on it. What would be a good coral to put on it. I am really looking for something that is bright. Thanks.

I just added a Turbo Crab and Two Blue Legged Crabs to my 7 gallon tank today. I am hoping that they clean the substrate and rock that i have in there. It was getting pretty bad.
