I have some fancy guppies and while I definitely love them, once a disease comes, they all get wiped out! But they are very lovely and despite that they are pretty hardy and colourful. I think endlers sound good!

They may be hungry? I haven't had experience with corys but guppies generally eat less of their fry if they are well fed. Otherwise you could put some more plants in there or swap her or the others into another tank if you really want them?

It could be the guppies or rasboras, unless the oto is hungry, in which case I have seen cases where they suck on the fish. Otherwise it could be that fake plants or decorations have been tearing his fins? How big is your tank, if it's smallish then he may be stressed out with the guppies being...
