I haven't had much luck with Cycle. Its been 30 days since I started using it and my nitrates are still at 160ppm. Ammonia has zeroed out though.

Thanks to everyone for your help. I think my Oscar is back on the road to good health. I gave him a 50% water change, added some salt and he is showing rapid improvement. I found the Oscar Forum especially helpful. I really appreciate all of you taking the time to help. Thanks again, Rod

My Oscar usually turns on his side when he is playing in the bubble curtian. He also turns on his side when he is stressed. Right now he is sick and spends more time on his side than normal.
