Detritus Worm. They aren't bad for your tank. Nor parasitic. They clean out the detritus in your gravel and usually stay in the gravel. Otherwise they make a good snack for fish! :) Hope this helped! Joeb

That is the strangest thing I have ever seen... I wouldn't move it in the case that it could be eggs making you an extremely valued person (able to breed sharks). I've never seen fungus growth that huge, nor in that manner.
