Hi.. Is there any chance you could have a look at the pic of my gourami a few threads under this as I'm not sure if he is suffering with colomnaris? Once I know what it is then I will treat it. Good luck with yourfish though.

His diet consists of Tetra Pro flake, Tetra Prima, frozen bloodworm, frozen brine shrimp. He is very active & seems OK but these spots are getting worse.

Do you think the King British WS3 would sort this out? Double Dutch.. No holes whatsoever, just the white spots that seem to be spreading now. All other Fish & there is a lot seem perfect.

Thankyou for your reply . Strange how all my other fish seem fine . I thought WS3 was one of the better ich treatments ? I will read up on eSHa exit .

Rasbora Espei ;-).. Beautiful aren't they.. Can't wait to purchase some.

The espei rasbora (lambchop) is very similar to the harlequin, difference is that the espei is a red colour rather than orange. Beautiful looking fish, my lfs has them & I will get about 4 of them to join my 3 harlequins.

I have six rummy noses & they are fun to watch & good looking fish imo. Glass tetras aswell are nice.

I like the centre piece look. The wood has a bit of an arch/tunnel for your fish to swim through so I'd move the plant & keep that free.. Some moss on the wood would look awesome.. Looking forward to an update.. Keep going the wood looks so much better in the centre imo.

Hornwort has no roots has it ? so it doesn't need to go in the substrate i don't think smiles .   I think this site has a section on plants ..worth a browse .   Good luck with it all

This is my 200l tank with mostly 'Sydeco' silk & plastic plants . Only been set up for 5 days ,moved from my 90l & obviously the set up now looks a bit daft as my plants look a bit small as the tank is very deep so i am going to invest in 40/50cm silk sydeco plants & buy a large centrepiece...

Im a fan of plastic /silk plants but i think there is way too much colour in there . i tend to stay with 2 colours green & purple/red , look really well with my black sand . I do like your set-up though well done .   End of the day if you have just invested in new plastic plants ..Enjoy them for...

They are both really nice setups imo .

I use  Pettex Roman Gravel Black Sand   My Cory's love it & are always digging through it ..I'd say its a very dark grey than black though.   I'd definately recommend it . 

I've been to about 5 or 6 different LFSs over the years, and I can honestly say I've never seen one! My husband was lucky enough 2 weeks ago to score 6 honest Julii cory, and they're wonderful. They love it in his 75g! We had hoped there were more, but at least there were 6. Love the Julii's...

I think I will enter it for June fotm eagles. When you said 'get my post count up'.. Do you need so many posts to enter this monthly competition? Must be able to get them somewhere spouse ! Quite easy to get hold of here in the UK. Mine cost me £4.99 each.

How do I enter it into fish of the month Eagles? Noah I could watch them all day, I love the way they glide over each other when playing.. How big are your sterbai's then Noah? I've read they grow to about 3"?

Just set up my new 200 litre tank & thought i would share a picture of one of my Cory Sterbai's (5 in all). There is actually 2 in the photo but the left one i was focusing on . I am pretty chuffed the way it has turned out .   

I've got the 'Pettex Roman Gravel black sand' in my aquarium & my 5 Cory Sterbai's can't get enough of it, really happy with it they are & forever burying their heads in it. I recommend it.

Oh yeah I love live plants, don't get what you mean with if fish feel threatened there's somewhere for them to hide.. Fish should never feel threatened in any aquarium, if they do then something is seriously wrong.. I think you do have to provide hiding places for certain fish to chill out...
