Hi. I just did a little remodeling to my fish tanks, therefor, my female betta had to be moved to a bowl for a few days. I got my ten gallon set back up and moved her back in their with my molly. She used to be the color of steel blue, now she is whiteish/gray. She also dosen't swim very much...

Her tank was better for a while (Because she put a lot of medication in it), but then, her fry died, and her swordtail died, and her sailfin molly died. And she has only had them for about 1 or 2 months, so they didn't die of old age.

Wow, you have a lot of pets, a few questions. What are flowerhorns? What are degus? And I didn't know you could keep chipmunks and owls, I guess you had to keep a supply of nuts and mice, lol. :rolleyes:

@pheonixgsd. Your right, I would go with shrimp instead of frogs. But not because of the frog tearing fins, but because I've heard of the betta acctually eating the legs, or the whole frog. :crazy: :blink: :shout: . But if it was my desicion, I wouldn't put him with anything else, because...

I have had a dalmation molly for a week and a half about, and just yesterday I noticed that her mouth had this weird pinkish/whitish stuff on it, the stuff dosen't look fuzzy, and it looks like it kinda sealed her mouth shut, but its not because i saw her eating, also she was getting pretty big...

What you need to do is go to petsmart and buy an Aqueon 1 gallon pack for 11 dollars. It comes with the tank, filter, filter cartridge, and a free plant.(fake one of course). :rolleyes:

If you want some real action, put the females with the males, then you will have some young ones that may be they will be more entertaining.

I know her really well, and I know she uses liquid test. The test strips are very inaccurate I know. And I talked to her today and she said no more deaths. Which is a relief. I think it is sad that people would actually make things for your pets and it dosen't work, on a lot of pet store...
