Cheers. I did purchase a few more from a LFS, some more adult ones, so they might have been the ones that died, but mine are definatly happy!, around 5 of them have berried, and ive nearly tripled my population!

There obviously is no other source for Oxygen Transfer, ensure that your water is rippling slightly so that there is an oxygen exchange. I was always skeptical about Air Pumps, and now I run none!

Believe it or not, I have never doused my Tank with Chemicals, only declorinator and API Leaf Zone. I only have the Shrimp in the tank, and i've only had the shrimps for around 8 weeks, but it might just be old age, as Im unsure how old they were! Cheers for the advice!

Mine are laid individually, around 2mm large, square, with a small pin head dot in the center

I found that my "Other" snails always lay jelly like eggs, but the assassins lay "Square" eggs

205's are brillaint, Im running one. Also, any filter media goes in there! Im running a few different brands

I boiled mine as when I placed it in the water, it turned brown, i then let it stand outside for a few weeks, and now its been in the tank for 4 months and it looks fine.

Get yourself a API Liquid Test kit and re-test them When you say "Ok" do you have the exact readings? Cheers

You should't ever change filter media unless it has totally had it! Only carbon you should change¬!

I find that Decapsulated are easier and better to hatch, without the worry of having to scoop the egg cases out

I'll have to look into Crypts :) The tank is stocked quite well, but the larger leaved plants appear to get algae over them, and its not the type that you can just wipe off, its kinda "Hairy"

I have placed a Anicistrus in my Betta's 60ltr tank, as he doesnt eat any algae, the Anicistrus is getting on rather well and is fine with my otherwise agressive Betta. And if/when the Anicitrus gets too big, it will go into my 140ltr tank

My Anubias on Bogwood grows very well, as does my "Grass" at the front of the tank, and the vallis, but the Amazon Swords and larger leaved plants die first.

They properly die, as in yellow, and start falling apart. I've only started doing it in the past few days, but wasnt sure if I should dose anything esle. On the Bottle it says 5ml for 38ltr, so I have been doing 20ml ?

Its on a fishpod, its running 2 daylight bulbs (15w each) and they are on for around 6 hours a day.
