I wouldn't add shrimps, my Betta had a very expensive meal the other day, on all my Cherries!

I think they can, not that you'd want to though. Livebearers should really be kept 1f-2m, you got more chance too ;)

Did you keep it in a Breeding Box/Net?

When using liquid test kits, for example, my Nitrate is pretty stable, so i like to check it, and it recoomends 10ml with 6 drops of one, and 6 drops of another one, half this for a rough estimate, ie 5ml, with 3 of each drops :)
