I have no experience with gourami's so I can't say for sure. But I had some BN and NT that decolour when they are stressed. If you got them recently it may just be stress from handling or the trip from the breeder to your house.

They died of fin rot.

My neons decomposed really quickly after they died. The only corps I found was half decomposed and hanging out of the filter. And my BN hadn't moved from her rock crevasse in the few hours it unfolded.

I had fin rot in neon tetras. A simple Fungonex (By aquasonic) helped massively.

I agree with itiwhetu when he says it needs to be bigger but 50 gallons. I think is a bit over the top just for 2 animals.

I have a 65L tank (15G is 55L). Whilst I don't know about salt water my 65L is more than enough for 20 nt and 1bn. I have seen some people keep 2 clownfish in tanks even smaller but not for breeding.

I think they are all mollies. You are a lot smarter than me but all of them look like mollies I have seen.

But your tank looks pretty good and often mollies are only aggressive to other males. Btw you have 2 males and 1 female. (the spotty black and white one is the female)

So mollies can get aggressive if there is not enough room, poor water parameters or to many males fighting over a female. I also doubt they are giving you a kiss but mistaking you for food.

Hello. Also after looking at behaviour of Mollies, I noticed they get aggressive if there is many males chasing a female OR, not enough room or poor water parameters. Your tank could be too small and check the water.

FYI, to tell the difference between male and female is that usually the male is smaller and has pointed corners of the tail. The female is usually larger and has more "curved" tail corners. Males also have larger tails and a brighter in coloration.
