Corydoras will eat their eggs, especially the species you listed. Peppered cories are known for eating their eggs. As for them not spawning, it might be the fact that you dont have the right male/female ratio. The albino and peppered cories are among the easier species to spawn in the home...

Keep in mind C. arcuatus is one of the more sensitive cories. I bought 8 at the LFS once and oe of them died that same night. I went back and got replacement and they are all still alive today. Just keep an eye on the others.

Do you not have another tank? I have set up many tanks taking filter media from and existing tank to set up a new one. Be careful moving young fry to a tank that is newly cycled, especially C. panda. Congratulations on all the spawnings :good:

If it is S. beaufortis, keep an eye on them. They will get very aggressive, especially as they grow. All the Syncrossus species are this way, not ideal for a community tank.

Yeah, that does look bad. I know they dig like crazy in my tank. It looks like yours are too and I think you are right that it has something to do with the sand. My biggest one always has a little spot on its nose, but it also runs into things sometimes and it goes crazy at feeding time...

The only thing that would concern me is the water temperatures. Albino Cories (im guessing you mean C. aeneus) like water a little bit warmer then peppereds and pandas. I dont think its a big deal, especially if its only temporary. C. aeneus is a cory that can stand a lot of different water...
