i decided to get a gold severum after reading on the net that quite a few people keep them in 200 litres but now after reading these replies im not to sure. My tank is 100x40x55 if that helps

ive been looking at a gold severum too they seem less aggressive but not sure if my tank is big enough

Hi does anyone know if sera med nematol kill camallanus worms or just paralyse them like levamisole?

ok i will try that will 10ml be enough to treat 200 litres? And does it actually kill the worms or just paralyse them like levamisole then you have to do a gravel vac to get the worms up of the bottom?

ive read that levamisole works as well which is better? Is sera med likely to get rid of it or does it sometimes not work?

two of my guppies and my sailfin molly have these worms i have read that they are really hard to get rid of can anyone suggest anything?

i already have the angels and i know about them needing to be a pair im going to keep an eye on them then if they do start fighting i will take one out.I have read about keeping tiger barbs and angels together there a quite a few people that do it with a group of tiger barbs.

i have decided to move the black widow and have 2 angelfish instead will there be any room to get another 4 barbs to take them to 10 or am i overstocked?

the keyhole can grow up to 5 inches could i still add more neons corys black widow and guppy and still not be overstocked

Hey i have a 200 litre community aquarium with 9 neons a golden ram,1 keyhole cichlid,1 dwarf gourami,2 sterbai corys,3 black widow tetra,1 sailfin molly,4 male guppys i was wondering if this is overstocked i dont think it is but wanted to make sure.

ill try that tomorrow night see if i can see anything happening ill try to make another cave in the tank tomorrow as well only have 1 n there atm but it is heavily planted so i thought there would be enough hiding spots i dont know anyone who would take it for a while

yeah i have been thinking that too but from what i can tell they seem fine with each other in the day both usually close together no signs of aggression

i have tried to watch as much as i can but thats the strangest thing from what i can see none of the other fish go anywhere near them

i just tested the water and ammonia and nitrite 0 and nitrate about 40 these cichlids are peacefull and should be fine together
