How many more fish could I fit in my 20g tank, at the moment I have 5 platys, 3 swordtails and one molly with a couple of guppy/platy fry. I have 5 real plants(not sure what kind) and a filter on the inside of the tank(Fluval 3 plus)

Would I be right in thinking because I have quite a few plants and light filtration I could slightly "overcrowd" the tank with out having to worry about polluting the water?

But how if I have no female mollys?

I had the same problem, I bought Green Away made by Interpet it clumps all the suspend algae together then the filter picks it up, within an hour the water is clear

Today I noticed some little white things darting around in the corner of my tank, they are just under a mm in length, what are they? Could it be a parasite?

Would it be ok to do this before putting new plants in the tank to prevent parasites and other diseases getting into the tank or would this just kill the plant?

Have you got carbon in your filter, if not try that....

It's a 29g tank with no live plants. No2 & No3 are 0ppm So if I got some real plants would it help cure the problem? I have got 2 snails in the tank but they dont seem to do much.

My water if really green and cloudy...I do a 25% water change every week and the tank has been up and running for 8 weeks so why all of a sudden has the water gone green and cloudy?

I put my fish(platys and guppies) in a breeding trap when they look like they are going to burst but after an hour or so in there they look skinny again, but they never seems to be any dead/live fry in the trap!? Whats going on?
