My water if really green and cloudy...I do a 25% water change every week and the tank has been up and running for 8 weeks so why all of a sudden has the water gone green and cloudy?

sounds like an algae bloom. Has the tank finished cycling? Do you have real plants and how much light gets to the tank. Algae is caused by nitrate which is the end product of a cycle. Real plants use nitrate as food, but if you don't have any, alga will flourish on it also. If your tank has finished cycling, how about adding some algae eaters? BTW - what size is your tank and what are the water parameters, ie. ammonia, nitrite, ph etc.

Seems like you have an algea bloom which is caused by too much fish waste.

Are you doing a gravel clean along with these water changes?

I would do a 15-20% water change once a day or every other day until the water is clear, then do a 25% water change once a week for a while.

Don't change more than 20% thinking it will make it clear up faster, it will stress your fish.

Also, be sure to add a de-chlorinator to your water before adding it.

EDIT:I apologize, gadazobe. You weren't there when I started my reply.

It's a 29g tank with no live plants.

No2 & No3 are 0ppm

So if I got some real plants would it help cure the problem?
I have got 2 snails in the tank but they dont seem to do much.
