well i can get 3 discus for £27. These are in good keep aswell. And to spend £50 on darts means you will have a good chance of winning. :nod: I just went and bought me self a unicorn dart board and cabinet. £30 it was. And free darts :D Shame to say is i dont have a xmas this year got my xmas...

do you have sand? Some plecs bury under the sand. My Tiger plec does that. They do it to get out of danger. Maybe he is hiding from the shark you have in there with him. And plecs have a hard skin on them. The only thing that kills them is old age and stress :nod: Well back to the point. Check...

Juwel rio 180. 3 foot i think. The plec is a king tiger plec he was bought for £10 and i thought since he was in my lfs on his own just had to bring him home :wub: I cannot wait to get my discus! Getting rid of my platys first though :byebye: James

I dont know it is just something i heard from my lfs. He gets Plants,fish ect from the wild so i thought he would be right. He said that sand does damage the roots and the roots dont spread well under sand. :/ Sorry if i am wrong. James

Yes But the sand does something to the roots on the plants. Dont they? I am not arguing. Just something my lfs told me today. Any newz on this and i am going to get sand for my rio 180. James

Do you have plants? (live) If so keep away from sand. The roots on the plants dont grow well in sandy conditions. James

Hi. My juwel rio will be housing some angels (and all my other fish). But i want a change. Platys to guppys. So my questions is: Will a full grown angel eat a full grown guppy? :/ Thanks for your help. James
