How can I prevent them from multiplying? do they lay eggs above the water like the mystery snails do? also - I do have two blue gouramis, if the snails were to multiply - would the gourami be able to eat the small ones?

I have 1 mystery snail and I wanted to add some Malaysian Trumpet snails to my aquarium. I was hoping you guys could tell me what the rule is as far as snails go.

It is growing extremely fast that is why I am worried, I used my hands to take it off just a few days ago from one side of the glass that was maybe 1/4 full now the brown algae is all over that glass covering it almost 100%.

well good news, the snail fell back to the ground i put some food next to it and it went straight for the food.

As far as lightening goes its not much its one of those Aqueon light bulbs, i believe its that T8 1700W if i am not mistaken, came with my aquarium. I am using Aqueon plant food. Ps3Steveo here is a picture, as you requested:

well i had 5 fry, 4 escaped from the net i do not know how i checked the net and it had no holes so its safe to assume they jumped out even though the water level was 2 inches below the net.. hopefully they will survive, when the swordfish gave birth last month i saw 3 fry and then none up until...

both my gouramis already ate some of the fry and they are actively standing behind the female waiting for the fry to come out so that they can eat them..

my swordtails gave birth I managed to separate 2 fry the rest were probably eaten.. question is - where should I keep them? I have that fish net you use to catch fish or should I keep them in a betta tank that doesnt have any filtration?
