Balloon Mollies Have Ich?

my balloon mollies have these white grains on all of their fins, both of them.. they came like this from the store.. is this ich?

Are they rubbing themselves on the gravel or other objects? looks like they're scratching themselves?

no it doesnt look like they are rubbing anything.. i will return them to the store as i got them yesterday just to be on the safe side
