I've got 3 out of the 5 that I've had since the beginning. I have sand and a small area of gravel and I vacuum once a week. I would say I move the wood and rocks etc about once a month.

Thanks. I've lost about 4 pandas since I started out 16 months ago. The previous ones had no marks or anything to give a clue as to what killed them. Just this one with the red spot. And I've not lost them all recently. The 4 are spaced out over the 16 months.

This happened to me recently. A glowlight tetra vanished overnight never to be seen again. Searched everywhere. I posted on here about it and eventually concluded that it died naturally and was eaten by assassin snails overnight.

So most folk feed once a day. Not surprised by that. I am surprised at how many feed twice a day. Not saying its wrong. I just personally feel it's not necessary. And then when you see that some only feed every 2nd day it's quite a contrast.

Yes those are the adapters I'll be getting and from that picture you've posted it looks good but I'm just not sure where the cable that comes out of the end of the lamp will go if its clipped into these adapters. I reckon it'll be ok but time will tell. Fingers crossed.
