vacuum ur gravel, and make sure the fish eat all the food you give them.

yes tb is contagious and if u don't remove the sick fish it is very likely that the other fish wil also get it if not already.

removing all the infected fish and puting them in another tank would be a good idea.

ive had the same problem before. what type of filter do u have ? swordtails are small and sometimes get stuck on the filter and it can cause some serious problems like broken spines =[
