What betta is this

Anyone now what betta this is

He's a betta splendens.
He has blue white and red so he's tricolour.
The pattern of the colours is butterfly.
His body scales look quite thick in the photos - if they are in real life, he's dragonscale. If they are normal scales, he's not a dragonscale.
The photos don't show his tail flared out so he could be a half moon (if the tail is a perfect semicircle) or a superdelta (not quite a semicircle) or a delta (tail a triangle rather than a semicircle)
