On and off for a few years but started up my tank again as I find it helps as I suffer from complex ptsd they are so calming for me I can sit there for hours watching and looking up things all fish
If you could give us your water parameters. GH (general hardness) your PH and temperature members will be able to advise suitable fish for your water and tank size. As been mentioned your albino shark and gourami (depending on what specie) need bigger space and you do have hardwater fish like your mollys in with softer water fish like your tetra. Knowing your hardness here will help you going forward with picking the right fish

Thats correct yes. Mollies need a ppm of 250+ so your waters not hard enough im affraid
your tetra's are ok. Seriously fish is a very good website to look and get the right info for fish requirements. alternatively you could pop a list down of fish you like and members could advise if they would suit
I'm afraid most shop workers haven't a clue. They may ask what's in your tank but it's likely they do that because they've been told to, and don't know why they are supposed to ask except for maybe knowing that you shouldn't put tiny fish in a tank with huge fish.
Educate yourself. Get a good tropical fish book ( a real book with paper pages) that covers all the generalities of water chemistry, tank sizes, fish compatibility and so forth. Read it thoroughly and then compare that with what you are told. Go to the pet shops and spend time watching all the fish. Take everything from the Internet with a grain of salt except what I tell you which is gospel.
Definitely not. My bettas love it. It’s nice and soft for them to rest on. When it grows tall enough they especially like it, because they can rest on it close to the surface.

I agree, I just picked up the broad leaf 2 weeks ago after having just short leaf version and it does look better and fills out nice, my ghost shrimp like to sit on itDefinitely not. (I suggest getting the broad/long leaved Anacharis. The short leaved Anacharis doesn’t look as good.
