Oranda Goldfish

My five year old goldfish either has a tumor or cyst on the side of his head, what should I do?

Size of tank in gallons or litres.
How many fish and which type.
Water stats in ammonia, nitrite, nitrate, and ph.

Is it possible to load a pic up of the fish.
Do you mean a lump on the head if so does it look hard or soft like filled with fluid.

My tank is a 50 gallon, I have the big oranda and 3 small black bubble eye goldfish, I checked all my levels and the only level that didn't come out good was the nitrate. I uploaded some pics. The bump doesn't seem so hard, it looks like it could pop. Blue shinubo already posted this topic, but wanted to get more information, the levels of the water should be in the post. I am tring to upload pic, but it says file is too big.

He's a little cutie bless him.
Best to isolate as if its burst in can infect the whole tank.
