I have some black phantom tetras, which are a species known to enjoy live food. I also hope to get some amano shrimp in the near future. I understand that the baby shrimps (zoes) die after a couple of days because they need to go into saline conditions to grow. However, while they are alive, will the tetras see them as a tasty snack? Sorry if this is sort of a gruesome question.

i dont even think that the eggs will come of anything tbh. when i had amano shrimp the females would be full of eggs but nothing ever happened. if they did hatch then yes given the chance any fish would have a nice feast on them.
