Hey guys - I was inspired by Trashbin's Food Chronicles and thought I'd do something similar!

I may be a dad with two kiddos and working full time, but I LOVE to cook/bake; I even have a VERY small time instagram #zekeskitchencreations; I don't do it as a "oooo look at me, I'm phenomenal" - I do it because I hope that people can see that cooking/baking can be done easily, be delicious and (sometimes) be good for you to!

I typically use a food blogs recipe - so if it's not something of "my own" I will most definitely link the blog on here so that anyone interested can make it too!

So guys, here is one I made last week:

Preface: I don't make traditional bread very often, because it usually goes bad before we eat it all (we don't eat a lot of bread?). I have felt inspired recently to try it out.

Back-of-the-Bag Oatmeal Bread

soft, tender sandwich bread with the nutty flavor of oats

Tips: There are no tips, this bread is perfect. Don't do ANYTHING differently than what it says.
