Zebra Pleco

So. for clues on location were looking for a shed in leicestershire with a fish tank in it.

That narrows it down to 1000.

Looking through the shed window we need to spot 17 Zebras (that are always hiding)

And the were on a winner.

Damn just remembered hes moved the fish indoors.

So were looking for a house in leicestershire with a fish tank in it.

That narrows it down to..erm...erm...I think im gonna give up and keep saving.

How close do google satellite maps zoom in?

Andy

Close enough to see we had washing on the line ;)

(I'm safe though - you'll be about 100 miles north :p)

( so i was told ).. i payed 50 quid for it...

not at all... they sell for £100+ for 1" juviniles (I've seen them hit £180 for 3/4" on ebay!)

Andy, Good news!! I have his address *which i will obviously not place on here* as he posted me some food lately!!!

Think he may know we are coming down though!! Maybe if we leave him a new tank in replace of the zebras he would be distracted long enough not to notice!!

.....could you paint some clothes pegs black and white and pull the old switcharooney on him? as long as you hide them in caves you could be ok for at least a week before it's noticed the food isn't disappearing.

The ebay baby sold for £108.

just don't use wooden pegs - they would float and I'd spot that :p

Mint Humbugs with fins on them??

do you have 17 zebra's Russell? sounds great. my LFS has a tank with about 11 in there. He hasn't bred them yet and when I think about he he tried to buy mine about 7 years back when he'd sold it to me for £30 and he offfered £60!So hes been trying for ages!!

i am another one to add to the 'saving for a group of zebras club' lol, but it distresses me to hear of people buying them from someone cheap then selling on to get a profit, that would make my blood boil if i had sold it to someone i had thought was genuine. I am trying to breed my endangered madagascan cichlids and yet they sell for next to nothing, which is great because it will help keep these endangered fish in circulation even if there aren't many maddy keepers but zebras don't stand a chance if the prices increase and such a beautiful fish deserves a place in any enthusiasts tank
such a shame
regards Angel
