I got one to add,
you try out fish food to see whether it is tasty or not.
I'm actually addicted I think. The frozen bloodworms were my least favorite and shrimp pellets were the best by far!

Actually made my stomach churn! Bahaa.

Nah, that was bambino kicking you.

That too, it's not so much kicking anymore it's awkward moving and pushing limbs out now where she's running out of space :S

When my oldest was "still inside", I used to try and guess which way round he was lying by having a good old feel around the wife's tummy. He used to respond to the pressure, and poke an elbow or a bottom out at me. So I'd push it back, so he'd push it back - it was like we were playing a little game. 15 years on and he doesn't respond to much these days......

Not fair, he was an absolute star yesterday, I had to set up a couple of mini-marquees for our football club presentation night, and he offered to help me, and was indeed very helpful.

haha! Love your list, Sophie and Congratz on the impending sprog!
I have one thing to add to your list:
You know you're a fish fanatic when you challenge visitors to try and guess what's new or different in the tank/s

you know your a fish fanatic when you give your friends fish nicknames, my mate pleccy was not impressed

So i have been fishkeeping for only about a month now, and alot of those applied to me, i actually moved my TV from the main room so my tank could go on the TV unit as i didnt have a base

HAHA I actually hurt my rib laughing then

Plus with a tank, i dont get those crappy drama shows
Sometimes the reception can get a tad cloudy (after cleaning the tank every now and then)
But most of the time its in HD. It just seems so life like
And it has my favourite channel

Too much?

I work out on my bike in front of one of my tanks ;-) keeps me from getting bored ;-) abit annoying when I see something that needs changing and it has to be done immediately! Like.... Abit of bogwood that's moved out of place or a dead leaf.. You all know what I mean!

Just means ive gotta finish with a fishy arm! ;-)

When your other half goes googly eyed showing you pictures of puppies and kittens, and you get googly eyed over pictures of a batch of eggs or fry.

Thank you :p

You know you are a fishkeeper when ... you gave up biting your nails because they tasted of old pond water and fish food.

you know your a fishkeeper when... You can happily sit and watch your fish instead of sift through movies because you dont know what to watch

Sounds lush - My Mum taught me as a child that you can get worms from the eggs found in dirt and such that you get under the nails :p Terrified me ever since.

you know when out for a country walk with your better half and they say look at the extremely rare bird, but you more interested in the dead wood and stones to notice

You know you are a fishkeeper when your other half doesn't come with you to your LFS because you make them cringe, when people come to you for advice and not the staff.
Or you get into an argument with the staff
