Yellow African Cichlid

Hey i have 2 yellow and 1 orange. there are pics in the african cichlid forum. walmart said they would get like 3-4" i think... can i keep them in a 20g or do they need bigger?

the rule of thumb is for every inch of the full grown fish , is a gallon of water needed for it so yes they can have justt a 20 gallon.

I know the rule of thumb but also that certain fish need bigger anyway etc.
